Returns
We offer a 10-day return policy. You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at urbanmela.in@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a suitable resolution.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please request a return first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
